ReplyDeleteWas and always will be shopping for school supplies!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree! Who doesn't love back to school shopping? That's my favorite memory too. What lovely sponsors to giveaway such awesome stuff!
ReplyDeleteone question though, when does the offer end? because i want to definitely buy some prints from Little Light ( i've been needing art in my bedroom for 3 mo. now ) but i won't be able to purchase for another week or so. :(
ReplyDeletei always loved going back to school shopping. i always loved getting new "trapper keepers" - do y'all remember those?! and getting a new first day of school outfit, too!
ReplyDeleteI loved going school shopping- fresh notebooks and pencils and new clothes too!
ReplyDeleteThe back-to-school pictures my mom insisted on taking...there was always one good one and then about 17 terrible ones where I'm scowling.
ReplyDeleteGetting all my notebooks and folders and writing supplies, and putting them in my brand new backpack :)
ReplyDeleteI loved taking a photo out by the tree in our yard every year of the first day of school! :)

ReplyDeleteWaiting for the bus in crisp fall air, a bundle of nerves and excitement...
ReplyDeleteDefinitely back to school "supply" shopping!
ReplyDeleteI still love the smell of new pencils, crayons & glue...and getting them organized in my new little backpack.
ahh ~ i love school supplies!!
I always loved back to school as a kid, I think my favorite part was the back to school outfit! Pigtails and socks with lace ruffles and a jumper :)
ReplyDeletei love all these ladies and all these sweet items! :) hmm, fav back to school memory? Taking that "first day of school" picture by a specific tree in my parents backyard. same spot, every year. for all. 12. years. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet giveaway!
ReplyDeleteEvery year my sweet grandma would take me shopping & to lunch. I got to pick out one outfit & it was such a sweet fun time together.
My favorite back to school memory was buying lisa frank notebooks. those were the good days
ReplyDeleteMy favorite back to school memory is definitely the back to school shopping. The beginning of the school year was really the only time we got new clothes and going and picking them out was such a treat. And then shopping for new school supplies - new crayons, freshly sharpened pencils...still to this day I love the sight of all those school supplies stocked at the store. The other day my first grader and I picked up all her new supplies and I picked up a $0.20 spiral notebook for myself! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteThe year I finally got a Trapper Keeper. I don't think they were even cool still. I didnt care though!
ReplyDeleteThe year I was in the colorguard the first day of school could not come fast enough!
ReplyDeleteto be honest, i remember planning my outfit and setting it out the night before. and getting up early to curl my hair. haha...pretty girly, but the truth! ;)

My mom bought me saddles in 2nd grade.
ReplyDeleteYou just can't beat new school supplies. That was always my fave. And then bringing them home and labeling them all of course.
ReplyDeleteMy mom would always make a special breakfast for us. So while I don't have a particular back to school instance in mind, I do remember her acts that made the first day special.
ReplyDeleteAlways loved shopping for new clothes with my mom and sister...it was such a special time!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love new school supplies- pens, markers, and crayons!
ReplyDeleteFavorite school memory = my mom taking a picture of my brother and I every "first day" of school, even into high school!
ReplyDeleteWell, I feel the need to be different than everyone else and come up with another memory from my first days of school in childhood! However, it is very hard to beat the back to school clothes shopping memory! It was definitely clothes for me, and not so much the supplies. Another great memory was always anticipating the possibility of some new student I could befriend.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite back to school memory was always going shopping for school supplies. It's probably where my love for pens and all kinds of paper started. :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite back to school memory was our back to school breakfast! The works! So yummy:)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite back to school memory is probably my 3rd grade year. I met one of my lifelong best friends that day and I still remember the first time we made any sort of connection.. laughing at the boy (her cousin) who was sitting between us. We're friends to this day!
ReplyDeleteAh, high school. My good friend's parents has this very large yellow convertible from the 60s or 70s. About a dozen of us, girls & boys, piled into that car and rode to school in style that first day. We have a great picture of it....somewhere. Thanks for the fun trip down memory lane :)
ReplyDeletemy favorite back to school memory was planning with my 4 best friends what to wear. We went to a private school and wore uniforms, but still wanted to match on the first day back (even down to the way we did our hair and the color of our nail polish). Craziness...pure hilarity!
