Thus this marathon-running engineer took up yoga and fell instantly,
madly in love with her newly-discovered practice. Yoga opened doors that

quickly came to rival her passions for photography and blogging. The
inspiration for Grow Soul Beautiful grew from Amanda’s desire to combine
these interests, creating an online sanctuary that encourages others to
